Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund, however we will consider raising a credit not on your account for future use.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and any product tags must not have been removed.

Please do not send your purchase back without an authorisation code.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sadly we are unable to refund the cost of premium shipping services.
Late or missing refunds
If you receive notification that a refund has been approved and processed please wait upto 7 days for it to arrive back on your payment method. Usually refunds take just a couple of days to arrive.
We are happy to exchange products as long as the request is received within our 14 day notification period.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Grace and Dotty Returns, 3B Riverbank Business Park, Old Grantham Road, Whatton, Nottingham, NG13 9FX. Please ensure that you have an authorisation from use before you return your product. Authorisation can be obtained here.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service for returns. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
