Why We’ve Moved to a Temporary Office – and What’s Next

But as with all growing stories, there comes a time for a new chapter. Over the next six months, our future home is undergoing renovations that will transform it into a place designed to support the way we work today – and how we want to work tomorrow. While the work is being completed, we’ll be settling into a temporary office. This isn’t just a practical step; it’s part of an exciting transition that will allow us to create an even better environment for our team and everyone we work with.

We know moving can bring mixed emotions. On the one hand, it’s exciting to imagine the possibilities of a refreshed space, tailored to our needs. On the other, leaving behind the familiarity of Riverbank Business Park might feel unsettling, and at the temporary office we are unable to have a retail proposition, so our lovely customers aren’t able to visit. We want to acknowledge both feelings. It’s natural to miss the comfort of the old while also looking forward to the promise of the new.

Our decision to relocate temporarily was made with a great deal of thought and care. The renovations on our new offices will take around six months, and during that time, it simply wouldn’t have been practical to continue working from Riverbank Business Park. Rather than trying to “make do” in a space that no longer supports us, we felt it was better to provide our team with a comfortable and functional temporary base where we can continue to thrive.

Importantly, this is not just about a new building – it’s about creating the right environment for our people. Our new offices, once complete, will feature modern facilities, more space for collaboration, and thoughtful touches that reflect how we want to work together in the future. From better meeting areas to more inviting communal spaces, the renovations are an investment in both productivity and wellbeing.

In the meantime, our temporary home will allow us to keep serving our clients, supporting one another, and carrying on with business as usual – albeit with a little adventure along the way. Change can spark new perspectives, and we’re embracing this chance to adapt, grow, and maybe even discover new ways of working that we’ll carry with us into the new office.

So, while this move may feel like a pause from the familiar, it’s actually a step forward. We’re grateful for the support and understanding of our team, our clients, and our partners as we navigate this transition.
