Royal Mail Disruption

Due to the Royal Mail Disruption we are currently experiencing delays with the delivery of some of our Tracked 48 packages. We can only apologise for any inconvenience that this is causing. If you have a delivery in the postal system please bear with us. We are checking all deliveries on a daily basis. We are also in daily contact with our account manager at Royal Mail and receiving updates from them.

The Royal Mail Disruption is affecting many small businesses, and the widespread industrial action is impacting our business. However, we are working hard to mitigate as many delays as possible.

In order to mitigate delays we are currently sending the majority of our parcels out by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or by Courier where customers pay for premium delivery services. There is a huge cost difference to us in using Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. However i have been informed by our Royal Mail Account Manager that Tracked 24 Packages are being treated as a priority. As a result of this we will be cutting our free delivery option off on the 14th December. This will allow us to ensure that your orders are received with you by Christmas.
